Terms of Service
Last updated: [date]
Thank you for breathing with us. These terms are written to be read. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean [Company name], the company behind Breathe and Bond. When we say “the service,” we mean the Breathe and Bond website and app. When we say “you,” we mean you, the member.
Account terms
You must be 18 or older to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, since that is how you sign in. You may not use the service for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or contact someone who has chosen not to hear from you.
What the service is and isn’t
Breathe and Bond is a calming practice. It is not therapy, medical care or an emergency service, and nothing in it is a claim of treatment. If you are in crisis or not safe, in the US call or text 988, or contact your local emergency number.
Payment, gifts and refunds
The core practice is free forever. Breathe and Bond+ is a paid membership with a 7-day trial that needs no card; if no card is added by the end of the trial, it simply ends. Gifts (“Breathe it forward”) are paid once and give the recipient membership time. A recipient may decline any gift privately; givers are never told whether a gift was received or declined. [Refund policy]
Cancellation and deletion
You can cancel your membership from Settings at any time. You can delete your account in one tap from Settings; your data is removed from our systems, and only anonymous counts remain.
Safety
Anyone can block another member and report harm. A blocked person has no access to you here. We may remove accounts that cause harm to others.
Changes and uptime
We do our best to keep the service up, but we don’t promise it will always be available. We may change these terms; when we do, we’ll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided as is. These terms are governed by the laws of [country].
